The project concerns the establishment of a state of art dry process cement grinding plant at Shimoni, Msambweni, Kwale County using locally available raw material. The process will involve crushing section, storage and proportioning, raw milling blending and homogenization, palletization and burning; gypsum crushing, storage and proportioning cement milling and storage and packing. The main goal of the project is to create wealth to enhance and sustain the living standards of the communities in the Coast region and Kenya in general.
