Summary

This project builds on the substantial commercial potential of the SGR, the planned convention centre and the 5 star hotel/leisure resort and other planned developments in the County. With the coming of a significant level of middle-income consumers to the area, there is going to be a substantial market for a medium sized shopping mall. There are 100 acres of land available at the SGR terminal. 5 acres will be dedicated to this project which will offer an inclusive parking area.
